    This is the most aggravating outcome. I am honestly extremely suspicious that this may just be his lawyers trying to get him the best feasible outcome in a context where the DoJ is not really following the rules.

        He’d better get a hell of a plea deal bargain out of this.

        I’m fucking pissed that he’s not even giving jury nullification a chance.

          No plea deal was made. The prosecution intends to seek the maximum penalty, life in prison.

          This was done to avoid being charged for 2nd degree murder and various weapons related charges.
