    somehow ignores that gas ranges all have exhaust fans.

    Mine literally does not because the house was built in the 80s in the soviet union. I mean I don’t even have a hob. If I want to ventilate the gas out, I need to open a window. Which does more to work against my heat pump than to actually ventilate the kitchen.
