I’m just saying that short a constitution convention to change it, we have what we have and it’s never going to change because structurally it can’t change… So we work within the system to fix it, but that requires incremental change, not something people seem to embrace…

A revolution by its very nature implies that the old constitution is done away with. The rest of your tripe is equally suitable for fertilizing crops.
Incremental change never lasts. It’ll be clawed back by the bourgeoisie as soon as the forces that pressured them into making the concessions are removed. Look at the rapid deterioration of labor rights and working conditions that came about within a few years after the USSR fell and western capitalists no longer needed to make sure their workers didn’t look too fondly at Communism.
For real and lasting change, the exploiter class must be ruthlessly suppressed, and the existing power structures destroyed, and a genuine democracy (which the US has never been) instituted in their place.
