Idiot applies for a grant for a specific field of study, then changes majors and is shocked that the grant went away?

They understand that that likely would have happened for ANY major change?

    What is this shit with people petitioning SCOTUS? Why is that even an option? There are layers and layers of courts between this clearly manufactured issue and the highest court in the land.
