I’ve seen folks passing around this bit of head canon for years like even before I started getting into 40k circa 2016 long. Pretty sure the first time I heard it was someone on a podcast I used to listen to joked about Event Horizon being set in the 40k universe, I want to say it was Alchestbreachs old podcast RLF but I legit can’t remember since I was one of those guys that was constantly sleep deprived up until I graduated highschool.
