Not only that the door way inst even an arch it’s that post and lentil bullshit lol

I’m more upset that the physical architecture of the entrance is not an arch or at least round as opposed to being a box. Lame as hell.
It’s underneath the St. Louis Gateway Arch. Essentially the entire building is the largest arch you could hope for.
Exactly, I had a visceral reaction to this. How could you own an arch store and not feel completely offput by this? The apathy disgusts me.

NGL, I am tempted by some of those - but as a CachyOS user - would that just make me a poser?
Like, the equivalent of stolen valour? 😅
Go by some Avery labels and print out the logos. Then iron a couple onto nice cotton tees. Who’ll know the difference?
Honestly, as a cheapskate, I’ve done this more than once. Only thing I can’t do is embroider lol, so lil vinyl patch works. Just print a bunch at the same time to save labels 😅
But!..did they open source the shirt designs?
🤔 fuck… You know, idk. I would assume so since they’re just existing logos, but you meaning the vector files?
Go to Arch Store
Point of sales computers all run Windows

I tried to check if this was true, but some guy was all like “sir, you’re not supposed to be back here” and “please step away from the cash register” 🙄

I went to FanExpo a few weeks ago, looking for the latest in fan technology. I was sorely disappointed, but I did get a signature from Brent Spiner and Dean Norris.
It’s the Arch store, not the Arch store btw… Rookie mistake on your part, there.
Looks more like a rectangular store to me.
clearly using a beam—not an arch—as support
Half-expected a shoe store before closer inspection, although I think I have seen this before.
The real arch store would be pretty basic. Everything in plain cardboard boxes - basically just the self-service area in IKEA.
At IKEA they put the whole kit with instructions in one box.
At the Arch Store there would be a bookshelf full of instruction sets and bins of loose parts that you’d have to collect after reading the instructions.
Which would be pretty cool cuz you could build just about anything.
It’d be like Legos, but with less pain when you step on it!
That’s basically a Home Depot that also gives out construction plans for stuff…
Which is a decent idea tbh…
There would be people wandering around saying things like 'hey I’m a total noob can I use this as a home server? ’. And greybeards muttering insults under their breath.
“I came in here to talk about Linux but all I got was this shirt!”
I don’t even run arch but I’d be thrilled to stumble upon a Linux store this size. I now realize how much I want a stuffed penguin!
With the Ikea parallel, I’d love to see the Blåhaj version of Tux!
How do you know a Linux user has been to the Arch store? Don’t worry, they’ll tell you.
