Someone needs to citizens-arrest him and drag him back to Minnesota. He’s a violent fugitive from justice. And if he resists… well he can be made to stop resisting.

U.S. District Judge Fernando Rodriguez Jr. ruled that he lacked subject matter jurisdiction to intervene because Abbott had not officially rejected it yet and the law provides no explicit deadline for a governor to respond to an extradition request.

What kind of horse shit is that?

      This kind:

Conservatism consists of exactly one proposition, to wit: There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect.

Nah, everyone who’s not a white Christian cishet male fascist is part of the out-groups mentioned.

Still worth a try to do it anyway (except for the bounty part), though 🤷🏻

Well put. It’s not that there are sanctuary states. It’s that some states are sanctuary for the innocent, and some are sanctuary for the guilty.

Anyone wanna chip in on a Dead-Or-Alive bounty?

Edit: the article says he might flee to Mexico. I feel like Mexico might be willing to consider extradition, considering how ICE has treated so many Mexican people.

So Minnesota sent its own law enforcement/bounty hunters/posse to recapture him and take him back to Minnesota, right?
