We voted in the primaries, and Hillary got more votes than Bernie. She beat Bernie by a similar number of votes as she beat Trump by in the popular vote in 2016, about 2.5 million votes.

The reality that many Bernie Bros don’t want to face is that Bernie was not popular with Black voters in the South, who are and have always been the backbone of the Democratic Party.

Bernie did almost no campaigning in the South, did not reach Black voters, did not speak to their concerns, and this was a big reason he lost.

Is that really what people think happened in '16? Is that what history teaches? It’s not what I remember. I remember the DNC going to media war to stop him. I remember the people wanting one thing and money wanting another and most people not getting a chance to cast a ballot worth casting at the primaries.

Bernie also isn’t a Democrat, so I don’t know why anyone would think that the DNC would nominate a very vocal independent to be their candidate. He’s not a Democrat, and they will NEVER give him the Democratic Nomination.

If things were that simple, Citizens United wouldn’t be an issue.
