Except for the obvious edit adding Graham’s name, yes this is a real thing Donald Trump posted on Truth Social when former FBI director Robert Mueller died.
Here is how you can tell:
Is what Trump said somehow reasonable and something you might actually agree with?
Then its fake.
He said this, but it was about a person that didn’t hurt anyone.
Fake. I looked on truth social and he posted a pic of Lindsey Graham and it said, " So sad!!! President DJT."
This is a shoop of a post he made about Mueller last year, turning it back on him.

Just to answer somewhat more seriously, his supporters respect strength and taking power. They believe in inequality as the morally correct belief, and as the emperor Trump can do and say whatever he wants.
Even threads like this would be seen as a net positive propaganda win for Trump and his base. “Yeah that’s right, we shit on everybody! Wanna join in?”
