Thanks. That’s definitely better than I thought. That it was existing I mean. Doing all the infra required to add a means tested program did not sound like a Mamdani style policy. But just making it a less strict means test is a step in the right direction. Just better quality of life changes over and over from Mamdani. He’s really selling sewer socialism well to New York.
