To add, today we can easily find that AI generated reports are pointing to articles that don’t exist. But the more things continue as they are, the more we will eventually have to sift through thousands of garbage articles in mainstream publications that are not putting in enough effort to weed out fakes.

There are too many AI-derived studies and articles being submitted for publication for humans to fact check them all. Some will slip through the cracks, and these will eventually pile up to justify whatever post-truth scenario someone wants to cite. Or worse, publications will start using AI to fact check for them, and all safeguards are off.

They only looked good a few years ago because Microsoft was racing them to the bottom with the early Xbox One drama.

It’s commendable when men who have long hair actually practice proper hair care. Property is worth a shit ton right now, and I get that people like counting the high value of their property as an asset. But say you go to sell that property…you still have to live somewhere afterwards. Any new place you’d be buying or renting would be just as overinflated in terms of cost.

If the housing market were to crash again, you can’t sell your house for as much, but also you wouldn’t need to pay as much to move in somewhere else either. A house losing half its value doesn’t delete half the house, it just makes it more accessible to buyers who don’t already have a house to sell.
