Well, there have been a few signs in the recent primaries that they should move a bit to the left of they want to follow their constituents. Whether they do remains to be seen, but they won’t need to if the right is divided.

This is exactly why you need to vote in the primaries.

Yeaaah but the Dems would see this as an easy win and so wouldn’t have any incentive to change.

Insurgent != Radical. Mainstream Dems don’t like this new social-democracy wave.
