Huh never realized that for gas but makes sense. Parents had a gas stove that I hated turning it on as a teen cause if it didn’t light I felt like I had to wait some time, don’t recall thinking of the fan even then which would have been the obvious solution but then I wouldn’t be sure the gas hasn’t accumulated cause well no Google back then to check.

Usually gave it like 4 clicks (of the spark trying to light it) if not lit then wait a bit. I sort of wish I understood gasses better, even if I knew high school chemistry well at the time. Never had a gas one since I’ve been adult to think of that part.

Too bad a person in charge never shyed away from bombing hospitals. Okay I’m sure this could be propaganda but not exactly inconceivable given the girl’s school. Ugh this whole world order sucks ass. Like can’t we the people get anything from… Well anything? Sure in Canada we get our universal healthcare, sure in EU they get post secondary education (jealous of that one) but what does any of this fighting achieve for people? We get higher oil prices and expected to support a government. Fuck this shit it sucks.

The government should start thinking of the world rather than their own bank account. From climate change,to housing, to retail costs. Us people only have so much but they live like fat cats. Its sickening

And the worst part is no country has condemned actions of the US because they’re worried of upsetting someone with the temperament of a toddler. Well fuck that orange douche, why does he get to stir shit while everyone watches and just mmmm hmmms through it. Its sickening. This is not what we vote in for as a democracy (I hope).

My work computer had an update yesterday, logged in and my usual browser wasn’t the default. Have seen it a few times. So while I usually agree if it is my usual I change it back to that. I hate windows programs asking to be my default, I know what I want, if it’s you you’ll know otherwise piss off.

So many windows notifications lately for the stupidest crap. I already set it up how I liked now stop bugging me so I can write code. Also if I wanted backups, to set up a Microsoft account my windows install will be the first to know. Otherwise piss off.

Not productive when I get distracted and annoyed.

Unfortunately but least you have a good mindset while things are pearshaped in their current way. It feels like that lately even in Canada (for world situation). Like who the hell lets a leader stay in after starting a war and losing it? Seriously, that’s balls. Let alone losing all soft power the country had. You’d almost think he was working for a select few…

I hope things improve one day, but world order is definitely not the same now. Perhaps for the better but things were calmer before is all.

The philosophy from that story really shows for it anyways. Power doesn’t necessarily corrupt, it attracts those who are corruptable to do what they want. I’m not sure the last time I saw the phrase international observers offhand (I am sure it’s happened but just missed it) but they are definitely needed in that country. They seem to be degrading themselves to third world, in function if not by cold war meaning.
