Can we fucking focus on something that matters to most gun violence victims, like red-flag laws and mental health awareness so dudes like my stepfather don’t shoot themselves because they’re so fucking afraid of therapy/being openly emotional they’d rather fucking kill themselves. Or so dudes like my crazy ass bro keeps not having guns.

Like assault rifle bans are a waste of political clout for those who actually want to curb gun violence, full stop.

Wanna really fix it? Give us free medical care, UBI, and end the war on drugs. That should give people enough reasons go not fucking shoot eachother.

If mass-shootings are still an issue after killing the societal woe that drives so many to violence, put a moratorium on all gun-related credit card purchases for dudes under 30.

Most school shooters are dudes under 30 buying arsenals on credit card debt they know they won’t have to pay off.
