I’ve been told it’s a better experience to book conference rooms instead of us just being able to be remote on zoom or teams for things that require screensharing. Cause it’s not like half the meeting is getting that room working 🙄.

What’s better is when the boss is happy to throw money at dumb things (like redoing office cubes continuously, buying new hardware for said cubes, burning most expensive workers time like it’s nothing) and bragging about all the money we have except when it comes to you know keeping talent.

Company started forcing remote people into the office, and when pointing out how much extra strain it causes from all the shit happening in the world was told well at least you aren’t laid off
