Sort of. It is probably Russian crude oil, but refined into gasoline/diesel/whatever by India. Ukraine has (as I understand it) been attacking Russia’s refineries as opposed to the wells, which are generally farther away

I think that’s actually the result of the surgery that saved his life, but the brain haemorrhage that necessitated the surgery was still caused by his jailers
