You’ve never heard of diplomacy? The survival of Ukraine depends on him convincing other countries to help - I don’t fault him for kissing US ass.

I think Zelensky attended, so nearly all.
Actually, it might be him peaking out in the upper middle of this picture
How nice that the gif let’s you know where it’s from!

You might not want to promote Autism Speaks (Wikipedia)

Web searched it, and the quote from his speech “This is water” is actually
Think of the old cliché about “the mind being an excellent servant but a terrible master.” This, like many clichés, so lame and unexciting on the surface, actually expresses a great and terrible truth.
Edit: The speech was a good read

Well, Snopes said it’s not AI (credit to Tango above) and I don’t believe in the power of blood drinking, so I’m sticking with my theory for now.

I’ve seen people suddenly look younger before, namely an elderly man that was my neighbor when I was young. It was never explained to me, but I’m pretty sure something like dementia or a stroke caused it. He looked at me, curious and delighted like a small child - and I could’ve sworn his eyes were never that blue before. It really freaked me out, but I guess it just means the expression we wear does a lot for how old we’re perceived as.

You forgot the American media landscape.

I guess? I agree that any shooting should happen responsibly (train people before you give them guns ffs), but what do you mean “the dog will not kill the cop”? People do die from dog attacks, and even if it isn’t that common I don’t see how anyone can be expected to just accept being mauled. How are you supposed to defend yourself?

I read the article with Firefox Reader Mode. Here’s how the cops describe the incident:
In a statement, the LAPD said its officers were directed to an apartment by a person who called them to report screaming, and when the woman opened the door they were confronted by a large, barking dog.
“The officers asked her to secure the dog, and the resident closed her door momentarily,” the statement said.
“She reopened the door, and the dog exited the apartment. Once outside of the apartment, the dog charged at one of the officers, resulting in an Officer-Involved Shooting (OIS).”
It might be bullshit ofc, but I think this qualifies as “being approached” by a dog. It’s a dog owner’s responsibility to secure their dog, especially after being asked to.
