That doesn’t explain arch users

I’m doing my part!

I’m amazed there’s an audience for a windows site. Linux? Yeah, give me more. Mac, I guess. But windows? I haven’t heard any news that aren’t bad since forever.

4 years after they break ground. God knows how long to decide the location, bribe the authorities to get tax breaks…

It’s closed platforms the issue. You buy an expensive machine, pay extra for the disk drive and now they will stop making disks, you have no option.

People only but stocks because they expect to get more money from them than they spent.
And hedging is not the opposite of speculating, it’s a strategy for safer speculation.
You’re trying to make “invest= good, speculate= bad”, so anybody investing on the bad company has to be a speculator, not an investor.
No true Scotsman fallacy

You don’t invest in something because it’s price is expected to increase of you plan to never ever sell. This makes no sense.

Isn’t all investment speculative in nature? Even fixed rates you are betting it will be better than the alternative.

Yes, this is great! Thanks

My upgrade path was breaking by deployment a few weeks ago, seeing the v3 was around the corner and just starting again :)
Sad to see the I can’t make a workflow to add photos to an album based on face recognition. Wanted that you have a family album

That was more surprising to me than the actual article.
A fellow windows 10 user?
