  • I see that the 4.8% was a mistake thankfully. I don’t know much about body fat but I did see a video that showed you what each range looks like for male and female and the percentages of how many people fall under each. Basically hitting 10% and under is like the 1% range. Its extremely hard to stay under this level, is not healthy, and generally your only this low for specific reasons like competitions. 10-15% is still hard to maintain and again normally only obtainable by people who constantly exercise and eat specific diets. 15-20% is where most people who workout and eat right will end up. 20-30% is healthy and the range most people fit into. 30-40% is also not crazy either and it was interesting to see when shown people how despite being at that level some people can look heavier and others look completely fit still. I think anything above 40% is where you should be working on yourself.

  • No offense, but what are you installing it on? One of the things I oversee at my job is imaging. Installing fresh windows on any of our hardware is between 7 and 15 minutes total. Since windows 10 I also haven’t seen any need for additional drivers either unless you have something uncommon or want to replace one. Not trying to defend Windows, I just can’t understand how everyone always has the worst problems imaginable with it.

  • I agreed with you up until more expensive games, shittier graphics and performance. For the price of the console when it released it was a solid choice and was hard to buy a PC at the same price point that offered better performance. 6 years later and this holds true even more now than it did before. Steam box is apparently around the same performance with some things better and some things worse but at over $500 more for the one. Ps5 really holds its value for the price for what you get. I do wonder if that will hold true for the ps6 though (not holding my breath).

  • I think the other bad part is even the no name brands have ramped up prices as well… for a bit it was pretty good, but I feel like a lot of them just ended up pricing themselves the same as they did before, which is like .50 cents less or maybe a $1 less than the main brand. At that point i say its not even worth it and either decide on just buying the name brand cause the savings is dumb or just not buy it again until they lower the price or it goes on a good sale.

  • The only thing this applies to me for is my psn account. Not that i do it often, but if i do sign on to play something during the day and work hours i sign on as offline just in case. At night ill play with a few friends and rarely when ppl say ok last game then leave ill go offline because i wasnt ready to go to bed and dont want them to know lol. Especially since i have 1 friend who does stay up after and would probably continue playing something with me but all i wanna do is play my 1 player game till i pass out.
