I could say the same thing about America.

Yes, I am talking about Europe. Why so aggressive about assuming I inherited anything? I haven’t.
Stop living in massive cities then if they are so expensive. Always lived in towns rather then cities, can get anywhere by bike in not much time at all.
Oh no wages are a little lower. So is rent and tax. Plus much better access to green spaces generally - though I now live on the coast so green spaces are mostly replaced by blue ones. Decent green spaces are like 20 minutes away by bike rather than 5 now.
Replace car with bike and no longer need insurance. Insurance companies hate this little trick!
Praise binface!
Can they run vlc?
Couldn’t it hallucinate bad instructions to give to more AI agents? Give it a feedback loop and who knows where the idiot will end up.
At that point it is essentially a barely guided random command generator.

Tempted to try using an oat sourdough starter though.

2·6 days agoI use it for things I rarely ever use, like the microwave.
I would get rid of it but sometimes when we invite people over to have food and they bring microwave meals.
Oh, too good for a shit bucket are you?
My partner sometimes mentions spending more time together. I want it to be more quality time though and not just sat watching brainrot reality TV.
At least that isn’t all she watches, there are some things she likes that I do enjoy watching together. But when she finds a few new reality TV things and watches that I will just go and do something else.

6·7 days agoI’ll absolutely never touch that shit, but I am kinda curious what the pricing will look like.
How long does it take for buying to be cheaper than renting. How long before you are expected to get a new one - this is actually quite a big one, could it encourage more buying new laptops and so also improve the second hand market? Better and cheaper second hand laptops could be sweet.

2·8 days agoAgreed. But getting to take the violent option is cathartic. Punched a guy in the face at school following a sexual assault. The trouble I got into was worth it.

Aren’t US ebike regulations super generous, like to the point its pretty much just an electric equivalent to a 50cc bike with pedals on it.
Ours are so restricted I don’t even see the point of a legal one outside of disabled or elderly users. Once I am up to speed I usually cycle at just under 30kmh which is above the speed limit for pedal assist ebikes, IIRC most of Europe has that sort of limit. If there are a lot of stop/starts then maybe it could be more useful, but I tend to avoid roads like that in the first place.
