Doesn’t that also mean that FBI can’t get in the way of investigations at the state level on ICE? Just asking because it seems to me this isn’t a complete loss. Granted, it’s a loss because our system, intended to check and balance, isn’t working but at minimum don’t impede state prosecution. Glad half full statement though.
