Is it the reading or the comprehension you are struggling with?
Either way I’m sure when you finish school you will understand.

Adverts for BY D own products are still adverts.
Truth hurts?
Ok you do you.

I leased a BYD seal for the last few weeks as an extended test drive and it has adverts on the screen you use to change the climate control so…

Right now BYD are being so heavily subsidised by the Chinese government that they are imported into the US and Europe at less than production and shipping cost.
Believe me when I say that as soon as they have enough market share they will be doing this, and because china are hyper-capitalist when it comes to exports it will be more intrusive and more inconvenient.

You can only install Graphene on a Google phone and there’s two big issues with that:
True. In fairness I don’t play them so I wasn’t aware how widespread anti cheat is. I occasionally play Apex legends which forces cross play on console and the pc gamers have kernel level anti cheat but it’s very obvious they are cheating. It would be a fun console game if it wasn’t for that.
Edit to say that like me you can simply choose not to play those games.
Counterpoint: cheating is now so widespread on multiplayer pc games that they are basically unplayable.
It’s the main reason I still play console for multiplayer.

This is specifically only for cloud services provided by e.g. Amazon to financial institutions.
It’s an extension of existing powers already applied to the companies that handle financial data.
So… Not only is the BoE the right people to to it, they are probably the only people with the expertise to do it.

That makes two forced landings and one crash in one week.

I’ve given you all the stats but you obviously aren’t reading them. Or do you not understand?
Now you have a choice. Be a better person and apologize or continue to be a toxic fuck.

I’ve spelled it out to you and provided sources. Where you so resistant to evidence?
Are you a bigot?

I’m waiting for your apology.

If you are going to have a conversation about it at least do some research.
https://www.statista.com/statistics/1202234/global-playstation-game-unit-sales-digital-downloads/
Those Stats end in q42025 but this year’s stats are widely reported to be 85% digital. Any disagreement that can be solved with a 15 second internet search doesn’t sit well with the person that started it (you).
I think you need to reflect on your attitude.

Do you think you need to be so toxic? Genuine question.
Digital games are cheaper for people buying them because it is cheaper to produce and distribute than a disc, that’s a basic law of economics.
85% of console game buyers agree.

That’s pretty much what has been the case since the release of PS5, you pay a 50% premium to have a disc drive on your console and the disc games cost a lot more.
You can easily download a game in minutes Vs finding a physical copy online, ordering it and waiting for it to arrive.
It’s obviously a lot cheaper to distribute a game online rather than using discs.
85% of PS5 game sales are digital with physical game sales reduce year on year.

By all means people should be able to keep their disc drive but you have to accept these days it is an expensive luxury.

Unfortunately people these days insist on being able to connect their phone to the car and use sat-nav, basically a car without that is almost unsellable in the current market. They could probably swap out the module with Chinese chips with one made in USA… If anyone even produces one?
Edit, I can’t reply to all of you dumb fucks telling me what we already know about connecting a phone to a car. 1) GPS enabled sat-nav with live traffic updates does require an internet connection. And 2) I don’t think Americans really understand how thoroughly your government has fucked you over; the restriction on domestic wireless communication doesn’t need an internet connection, it applies to any wireless communication even if theoretically it cannot be connected to the internet (don’t believe me, read the law).
Maybe educate yourself?
European auto makers and not sbubsidised to the same extent and in fact most subsidies are illegal under EU trading rules. Even in domestic markets we have to pay tax on new EV purchases, typically 20 percent.
Chinese government support of ev manufacturers has been massive and is contributing to their unsustainable national debt (that and building massive infrastructure that can’t be used because they are falling down).
It’s well documented, here’s one of many articles:
China signals it will pull plug on subsidies for EVs with five-year plan exclusion - https://www.reuters.com/business/autos-transportation/china-signals-it-will-pull-plug-subsidies-evs-with-five-year-plan-exclusion-2025-10-29/
The CSIS research based on the business filings and Chinese government reports puts the subsidy at between 28 and 32 percent depending on the manufacturer and target market.
https://www.csis.org/
This is all part of China’s strategy to basically undercut the opposition for long enough that they will go bankrupt.
What will happen when there is no competition? Well, you only have to look at the current prices of computer components for the answer to that.
