I haven’t found any “original” of this image. However, it was seemingly drawn by Carlos Latuff. The nose trope is not uniform across his work, nor is it only depicting jews this way.
Basically the same image created a year after this one went viral and presumably by the same artist.
The Korean “Lebanon” on the victim is an edit spread among Koreans discussing the war which is where it went viral and so explains why it’s otherwise difficult to find… I haven’t found any earlier (july 2016), but it’s confirmed non original as intended, which is obvious since Carlos is Brazilian.
Angles where the nostrils are visible certainly seem wrought with danger for line artists. Or maybe it’s just the topic and how desperate people are to distract.
