You go point by point and say you could drop the demand but they have to give something in return, what are the real things you want. So they end up with giving a lot more by even agreeing to start from this list. It’s not negotiating in good faith but just bullying someone in agreeing to unfavorable terms.

You don’t. You pretend the demands are a joke, and ask for the real demands. If they persist, you walk out of the negotiation.
