Is there some workable definition of left and right? The terms have lost all meaning to me.
It like they’re blanket terms for “everyone I agree with and everyone I disagree with”, and the ambiguity makes it really divisive.
“You are X and I hate all people who are X”. It seems bizarre that as the world has become more nuanced we’ve grown comfortable using such reductive terms.

Anyone who supports genocide is not a leftist, like, by definition.
Economy policy has nothing to do with supporting genocide or not.
