      Many who serve aren’t heroic, they had no other options in their small, backwards, stupid towns

      They don’t immediately get smarter and virtuous simply because they were in the military

        There also is nothing heroic about the wars the United States has been fighting in the last decades. Fighting some forever war in the middle east because of George W. Bush is not heroic.

            Huh? I guess you are lost. I know he draft dodged Vietnam. My mother made me watch the death stats every day. I guess it was a carryover from World War II. I was making a point about the far past And people’s thoughts then. Not now.

              You were talking about drafted vets from Trump’s time were opposing fascism. That’s wasn’t what Vietnam was about.

            still, we all know he didnt escape it for the right reasons. he is a coward regardless
