    More shit to relearn. What would takes seconds now takes minutes due to a clunky UI designed for looks rather than efficiency.

      What I really don’t understand is how Microsoft has a near religious dedication to backwards compatibility at the technical level, but will move on to whatever next shiny object they see when it comes to compatibility at the user level.

      Relearning the basic functionality of operating a computer every few years rests entirely on the end user, and never on the developer. It’s aggressively backwards.
