An appeal was filed on Monday, leaving thousands of detainees in limbo as ICE is no longer required to hold their bond hearings within 90 days

I was wondering how that jived with the 8th amendment… but it’s just “we appealed the ruling that it was unconstitutional so fuck you” and no further details

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
