So since I’ve been playing Ultima Online I decided to revisit another game who’s DNA is baked into it. UCGO. It’s a gundam mmorpg where all gameplay is dictated by your character skills like UO, from combat to crafting. This server is dead, it’s mostly just for testing and mucking around, but I guess there is still some development behind it.

The game is known for pvp, Federation vs. Zeon, but with no other players, it’s mostly hunting down enemy npcs for skillups.

The game takes place in Australia and it’s in-game world I believe is close to a 1:1 of down under. Travel is mostly fast travel via planes to hunting outposts outside town.

So I picked zeon (fascists boo I am canceled) because I love the look of their machine.

You start out with a zaku 1 for free, a machinegun and ammo is free.

I guess they let any old boob be a mobile suit pilot.
