She’s getting paid.
The money’s in a court escrow account. Its release was dependent on Trump losing his appeal, and the SCOTUS didn’t save Trump’s final appeal.
She’s not asking Trump to pay, she’s passing along the case outcome to the court and saying they can release the funds to her now.
He’s never going to pay it. In his syphilis-addled mind, paying it = admitting he’s guilty…and despite having his own pet supreme court telling him he’s guilty, he’ll never admit it.
She needs to just start slapping liens on his property…

In order to get a stay while he appealed, he had to put the money in court escrow account. The release of the money was dependent on the outcome of the appeal.
She’s not telling Trump to pay, she’s letting the court know that the appeal process is done. He lost, and she gets the money from the court.
My bet is that he’ll try to delay until one of them is dead.
She’s going to outlive him…but the debt survives her, her estate can continue to collect.
In an ironic twist of fate, she’ll be asking for his kid’s digits.
It should have already been in an escrow account so trump doesn’t even get a choice.
