It is unlikely that reddit allows users to delete their content from the backend but this at least keeps your posts out of search results, which is a large part of their value.

Ending the public API also prevents reddit users from deleting their post history without manually removing each post.

Another option is connecting with vpn or talk bad about Trump and you’ll get shadow banned straight away.
